No Change of Mind

• Rphoria has no Return/ Exchange policy.
• However, if you have received any Damaged/ Tampered / Wrong article, then your order will be eligible for returns
• No exchange or return request shall be entertained without an unboxing video. Only Photos will not be accepted. The video needs to be from the beginning to end of complete parcel with its packaging. Exchanges will only be entertained till 1 week from the day of delivery. Also, we don’t have pickup facility so you’ll have to courier the product back to us.

Order Cancellations

Order will not be canceled once it is processed in our warehouse and dispatched. 

Returned orders will not be acceptable if

• The product is damaged by you.
• The product is altered as per specs shared by you.
• The product has been worn.

Free Shipping Within Singapore

We offer free shipping on all orders! Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 working days after placement. For urgent deliveries, please reach out to us after placing the order and we can arrange for urgent delivery on chargeable basis (as charged by our delivery partner).

Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are completed by our delivery partner within the next two days after dispatching the order, however, the deliveries might be delayed during peak season and unforeseen conditions. 

Total Shipping time within Singapore: 3-7 Days

Other Countries: Shipping duration varies depending on location/s.
